Add notes to transaction audit report

Description

I think it makes sense for the notes field to be an available (hideable) column in the transaction audit report.

Solution

I think adding the field somewhere in here would fix it but I didn't try it.

I think it would be a good field to support in the reports because people can use it to clarify transactions so an audit report is an ideal place to see it.

What are alternatives?

Export from the db into a CSV or click through each item to read the note.

I'll see what I can do, it seems like an easy fix. Keep in mind that parsed notes are contained in <p> tags so if that fuck ups the table, no dice.
