Upgrade to Dropwizard 2, per the upgrade instructions at https://www.dropwizard.io/en/latest/manual/upgrade-notes/upgrade-notes-2_0_x.html

The biggest complexity is removing field-level injected properties, which isn't difficult but might be time-consuming to find. Maybe a good opportunity to move to DI in projects that don't already have it.
