Editing OSCAL files for the CCC Catalog and later other OSCAL content (e.g Component definitions or Shred Responsibilities) would benefit from an editorial tool with a repo behind. One I've seen, that is free, BUT WHICH I DID NOT TEST, is: https://github.com/EasyDynamics/oscal-editor-deployment
