What is the motivation behind this feature request? Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Installation instructions were incorrect when testing with Foggie Max v1, based on Ubuntu 20.4 which is a currently supported distribution.

Documentation at https://docs.filecoin.io/nodes/full-nodes/basic-setup or the prerequisites at https://docs.filecoin.io/nodes/full-nodes/pre-requisites are updated to define libc versions or other undefined requirements.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Upgrading the operating system (will do when it is no longer supported)
