Consider adding the StateMinerDeadlines interface? I want to obtain the deadline for miners from the node, but I don't want to deploy the node.

It seems to be a relatively cheap call, at least compared to StateMinerSectorCount which is already exposed on the gateway. So I don't think there would be a problem if you wanted to propose its addition in lotus/api/api_gateway.go.
