Is there a (simple) way to add a footer to the filebrowser? i.e. To display the content of a file in a footer section (below the main page).
The reason I'm asking is I'm fetching files from another system and need to display a status of the running transactions. The message itself can be read from a file (or if it is more elaborate from an MQTT queue)
