Windows-based image and deployment with compose stack through Portainer behind Traefik

Hi,

First of all, thanks for an amazing piece of software! I needed to run Filebrowser on a Windows container host and as there were no Windows-based images, I created them and blogged about it: https://tobiasfenster.io/sharing-files-from-a-windows-container-host-through-filebrowser. In my experience so far, running stuff like this on Windows is interesting for a very small subset of users and the project maintainers typically don't have the necessary Windows infrastructure and also don't want to invest into that, so I just created it by myself. If you don't like that and want to have it as part of this repo as well, please let me know
