Transaction Refund

It may be necessary to have transactions of type "refund" or some other words to indicate a non-income addition to the account.

An example scenario: I paid for a group dinner ($100) and everyone owns me $80 in total. Thus for this meal, my actual expense is only $20, not $100. Therefore, when I log this transaction, I shall be able to mark the $80 as refundable and thus do not count into my total expense.
