Replace the profile icon with the actual user avatar from Google, but if they don't have one, then keep the current icon as a fallback
Replace My Account With Hi, <name>
Add a Profile button above Logout, which will open a Dialog (https://ui.shadcn.com/docs/components/dialog) that allows the user to, update their name, change the avatar, etc, kinda similar to this:
