TBD: coordsys 'dewar' is underspecified #2247

the different main MEG systems have different conventions for the 'dewar' coordsys.

We could make improvements in (automatic) coordsys handling if we build in knowledge of how to convert from

approximate head-coordinates to a system's specific dewar (and back)
distinguish the different coordsys'es with a unique string (e.g. dewar_neuromag , etc)
