Why fhirbase_create removes 'id' attribute? #19

On this line I am specifically referring to

USING txid, rid, (resource - 'id')

Is there a reason why 'id' attribute is being specifically removed? I don't think it is avoid a wrong ID reference because the computed rid above has been used in INSERT command.
