I have a problem when using text with ffplayout with Blackmagic card, I compile my FFmpeg with this configuration Gits ,error below

Your ffmpeg version doesn't include drawtext filter. I guess you need to include harfbuzz also.

-ac[:stream_specifier] channels (input/output,per-stream)
Set the number of audio channels. For output streams it is set by default to the number of input audio channels. For input streams this option only makes sense for audio grabbing devices and raw demuxers and is mapped to the corresponding demuxer options.

-an (input/output)
As an input option, blocks all audio streams of a file from being filtered or being automatically selected or mapped for any output. See option to disable streams individually. -discard

As an output option, disables audio recording i.e. automatic selection or mapping of any audio stream. For full manual control see the option. -map

That's correct, the difference between the simple filters (-af/-vf) and the complex filter (-filter_complex) is that the complex filter can overlay streams with streams or streams with images, meaning it can manipulate multiple streams simultaneously. It also has the capability to handle multiple audio and video streams at the same time within a single command chain. This capability goes beyond what simple filters can do, as they can only manipulate a single audio or video stream at a time and separately. Therefore, simple filters and complex filters cannot be used together because the latter (complex) replaces and enhances the former (simple). I also found this to be true in practice, which is probably why Jonathan chose the complex filter as the basis for ffplayout.

While searching through the closed issues on GitHub, I found someone also using decklink (#109). The command line seems to be as simple as:

output_param = ... -hls_segment_filename /usr/share/ffplayout/public/live/stream-%d.ts /usr/share/ffplayout/public/live/stream.m3u8 -pix_fmt uyvy422 -vcodec v210 -f decklink "DeckLink SDI 4K",

Or it could be this:
