Criação do card da lateral como componente para ser reutilizado

Separar card em um component
Adicionar skia sharp para fazer gradient
Adicionar imagem redonda no card
Receber Título como parametro
Receber imagem como parâmetro

obs: Há um bug no ExportFont do Xamarin.Forms [Bug] ExportFont not working on UWP
