It's essentially exposing realloc to Javascript.
First place to use would be inside of luaL_prepbuffsize

Not available in any browsers yet https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Global_Objects/ArrayBuffer/transfer#Browser_compatibility
