钉钉修改配置&为%26加签也不成功

alertmanager.yaml:
webhook_configs:

• url: 'http://10.0.20.60:8085/prometheusalert?type=dd&tpl=prometheus-dd&ddurl=https://oapi.dingtalk.com/robot/send?access_token=xxxxxx&secret=SECxxxxxxx'

按提供的方法，修改两处secret前的&为%26后，依然报错:
app.conf:
ddurl=https://oapi.dingtalk.com/robot/send?access_token=xxxxxxx%26secret=SECxxxxxx

我也是同样的问题， 我换成了关键字方式，就可以了。
