Pixelfed media descriptions are not saved

Describe the bug
When adding media attachments (images in this test), the media descriptions can be entered, but after you click the "done" button, it is not saved. This occurs before you publish the note.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login with a pixelfed account (pixelfed.social)
2. Create a new post
3. Add an image
4. Set a description and click "done"
5. The image attachment is still labelled as "uncaptioned"
6. Go back into the image description, and it's now blank

Expected behavior
The entered description should be stored and posted with the image.

Additional context
Note that this behavior does NOT occur when I switch to a mastodon, ice shrimp or GtS instance. The captions stick there.

Thanks for the report. This one is caused by pixelfed/pixelfed#5014 and affects all Mastodon API clients.
