Printer statistics / completions for SQLite internal server error before and after print start #3191

The print completions module of FDM Monster has trouble inserting values into database.
The context JSON design does not sit well with the relational database
The correlation id is nested into JSON, but is used as index (doesnt feel right)
Correlation ids dont survive server restarts (separate issue which spans both mongodb and sqlite versions)

It needs a redesign, and therefore one proposed solution is to temporarily disable the print completions for SQLite.
