Show printer color on tile (load color from OctoPrint)

Similar to #2146 add a color feature: setting a color on a printer makes it easier to recognize printers in the list or on the printer grid.

Task description

• Add a setting to printer create/update dialog to set the color from a select dropdown that matches the colors which OctoPrint offers for its title bar color
• Add a button similar to the name feature Picking printer's name from Octoprint if Name field kept blank #2682 to load the color from OctoPrint
