Basic printer controls (preheating, filament change and movement)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Problem is that i have to leave FDM monster to control the printer adding an additional step if this was brought in house it would mean less work from my end

addition of basic printer controls Eg movements, extrude preheat etc

My list of prioritized items would be:

• printer controls (movement + speed) Jog and home via OctoPrint #2899
• printer controls (extruder)
• temperature view
• preheat
• filament retract (preconfigured distance)
• leads to: filament change (with or without plugin)

I will have to split these out as the work progresses.
