make-psx-bios-package - builds a psx-bios Debian package

Each argument can either be a local file or directory, or a remote URL which will automatically be fetched. The resulting file can either be a BIOS image, or an archive file (.tar or .zip) containing one or several images.
Upon success, the resulting psx-bios package will be located in the current directory.
