Feature description 📝

As a user of the CLI I want to be able to delete things using the CLI to back out data that they did not intend to send.

It might look something like:

./faros_event.sh delete deployment arg1 arg2

Acceptance criteria ✅

delete should be able to be specified (We might want to switch the grammar of the cli a little)
Documentation exists showing how to use the new functionality in the help, CLI README, and the Docs.
