Weird behavior with custom config

Thank you for an amazing work!!!
I noticed a weird behavior with a custom configuration file. The application throws os error 2 because it cannot find the required folders like plugins_path, cache_path, downloads_path, etc. I suggest mentioning this on the website.
However, I think slight modification to config.rs is a better alternative. It is a bit strange that config.rs is responsible for creating the folders.
