first_capture and completed_by are not updating

Ubuntu 16 LTS, installation instructions from Quick Setup Guide -> Direct Installation, prod. version

• Detailed description of the problem. Include steps to reproduce the problem when possible.

Just install clean default version. Create 3 new tasks (for example, new flags) and solve them - click again on that countries to check the details - first_capture and completed_by are not updated at all of them. Some tasks always stay "Uncaptured" for some reason.

• Any steps you have taken to resolve the issue.

Probably a memcached issue, because it's restart updates all the values and "Uncaptured" is replaced with a team name. But restarting is not a solution, somewhere probably is a PHP bug with these values updating in a cache.

It is already updating on activity tabs, but not on first_capture and completed_by. Can someone look in to this issue and tell how to fix this
