I found the notice "Confidential and proprietary." in some file headers.

For example:

fresco/fbcore/src/main/java/com/facebook/common/internal/Fn.java

Line 1 in e1205db

// (c) Facebook, Inc. and its affiliates. Confidential and proprietary.

What does this mean? Can I still use the files with this header under MIT license terms?
