unable to use moment.js #3261

Steps to Reproduce

create-react-app pocmoment
cd pocmoment
npm install --save moment
edit app.js and add "import moment from 'moment'; "
npm start

Expected Behavior

application should run without error

Actual Behavior

Error: Cannot find module "./locale"

I found an Issue on moment repo, [React/Webpack/Angular] Error: Cannot find module "./locale" after updating to 2.19.0.
