Running the create react-app command results in a git commit error.

I have a recent version of yarn, node, git, and I ran the yarn create react-app start command.
The name, email were registered globally using the git config command. However, towards the end of the installation, a Git commit not created error occurs.

Below is the information about the error.

Inside that directory, you can run several commands:

  yarn start
    Starts the development server.

  yarn build
    Bundles the app into static files for production.

  yarn test
    Starts the test runner.

  yarn eject
    Removes this tool and copies build dependencies, configuration files
    and scripts into the app directory. If you do this, you can’t go back!

We suggest that you begin by typing:

  cd start
  yarn start

It appears to be related to the react-scripts package and is likely caused by an issue with Git not being properly set up or not being installed on your system.

Can you try running git add -A in the terminal or command prompt outside of your project to ensure that it is working correctly. If the error still persists, you may need to reinstall Git.

Are you sure you correctly did :

git config --global user.name <yourName>
git config --global user.email <yourEmail>

An init occurred while downloading create-react-app, but the .git directory seems to have been removed due to a commit error.

what if you git init before creating your app using CRA ?
And check your git configuration with git config --list

When using CRA after running 'git init' in the parent directory, no init occurred in the folder where the CRA was created, so the error was not visible.

• Before "init"
  

• After "init"
  

• 'git init' from empty directory

• Create a CRA from the directory where 'git repository' was created

I guess you'll have to git init or yarn init manually before using CRA.
It's really annoying i can't redo the bug :/

Before posting this issue, I tried running CRA on my laptop and desktop. However, considering the same error, I thought it was likely an installation problem, otherwise it might be a network problem. I think I'm the only one with this problem. Thank you for your sincere response.
