Remove dependency on Bootstrap

when I was cleaning up the unused deps, I found bootstrap installed. It is only there to reference it's styles from what I could tell. We should use Patternfly instead.
However, I didn't dig into it so it may be more there.

Oh, I think it can just be removed from the package.json. It should have zero impact.

I would have done that but there is a direct import of bootstrap.
