Question: command to update builder image?

I used docker pull vanessa/expfactory-builder to get the latest. Might be worth including this, as I had to figure it out having completely forgotten how to use Docker! The old version I had installed gave confusing errors (presumably due to lack of https awareness).

Sure! If you think there is somewhere appropriate to add to the docs, please open a PR with it. Imho it doesn't flow naturally and would be redundant to include for most steps, bit one well chosen spot might be appropriate!
