[RFE] Kubernetes deployment

After discussion with @tylerburleigh, I think this would be a valuable feature for expfactory, both for https/http. @earcanal this would also allow for easy modular deployment of lots of different setups. I don't have time in the imminent future to do this, but let's plan sooner than later to test it out, learn a bunch, and have fun too! :)
