issue regarding the exercism.exe file configuration #969

I asked a query on exercism/support but was unable to get it solved

through the manual instructions, I started the installation of CLI.
I had finished installing the installer 1st time ---> ExercismCLIInstaller.exe
then copied the exercism.exe file to -->" " "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\WindowsApps" destination.
then on cmd i tried exercism --> clicked enter--> {got a response: 'exercism' is not recognized}
also tried "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\WindowsApps\exercism.exe"

I have also attached the screenshots for reference.

I am not sure whether these have been added to the PATH as there was no such option available in the Installer.
