Please explain what this todo "TODO check if nextSequence is correct (not nextSequence+-1)?" mean? #123

This todo is present at https://github.com/exchange-core/exchange-core/blob/master/src/main/java/exchange/core2/core/processors/TwoStepSlaveProcessor.java#L96 and I am not able to figure out what does it mean and how to fix it. Any help is welcomed.
