Add instructions for netcdf installation

When installing trilinos as described in the Wiki, it fails because of the missing netcdf library. It would be great to put an instruction into the section how to get netcdf. On my machine, this is done by

sudo apt install libnetcdf-dev

I can not change the Wiki myself, so it would be great if someone with write access can do it.
