Hyperlinks don't work inside an <app> or <note> tags

I tried to include an hyperlink inside the tags (Critical Edition view) using the www.romanceiro.pt , but it is not linking to the web page. I either tried only with the tag, but the problem remains. Is this a bug or is there another way to make it work? I'm copying a sample of code above so you can check. Thank you in advance.
