When issuing SEEN on a channel where the user is present but under a different alias, ChanServ returns that the user is is already in the channel but doesn't say who they are current aliased as.
My suggestion is to include the account and current nick when using seen.
This could also work for the other way around while matching a current nick to account by cycling the channel list. Which if I'm not mistaken is already being done by checking to see if the user is in the channel.
Examples:
[Seen Account]
.seen Andromeda
-> Andromeda (Andro) is in the channel right now.
[Seen Nick]
.seen Andro
-> Andro (Andromeda) is in the channel right now.
