UI dashboard cannot update if the project does not contain a Git repository

When starting the UI, it encounters the error 'fatal: Not a git repository (or any of the parent directories)' from git status, and to see new reports and tests, the UI needs to be completely restarted. This issue is particularly problematic when using Docker.
