Problem

There are two simultaneous problems with the import at the minute:

1. Some members are going missing (as they are no longer active members)
2. Some members have changed their slug, which makes them seem like a new person

Proposed Solution

The first problem should be solved by mysociety/pombola#2287 — we'll need to update the scraper to find the members via this new page instead

The second could be done by re-reconciling, but it might be better to switch the scraper to using identifier__peoples_assembly as our id rather than the slug to protect us from these in the future.
