Updating Email Accounts passwords resets Auto-Creation of Issues

Hi,

Eventum 3.9.6+. Updating Email Accounts passwords resets Auto-Creation of Issues (while showing it incorrectly "Enabled") which in turn gives hard to understand error like
app.ERROR: Eventum\Model\Repository\IssueRepository 0 not found
