Need Urgent help on how to attach a javascript file to the eventum source code.

I have written some custom functionality to my Eventum app which is in v2.2. The new functionality is written in JavaScript. I'm currently testing it as an external Chrome extension. and I want to link the script file directly to the Eventum app so that the functionality will work natively on my app. Someone, please tell me how to achieve this. I appreciate any help you can provide.
