**** Must have Visual Studio installed to add MySql.data.dll to GAC ****
1. Run visual studio command prompt as Administrator.
2. Navigate to evemu_control_pannel folder in the command window.
3. Type "gacutil /i MySql.Data.dll" (without quotes of course) You should get a message that it was installed.
4. Use the .exe in bin/Release to connect to your database.
