Transfer Data

I searched but couldn't find specific info.

I have no import/export options in version 3.1.1 on Android LG G4. I don't believe I have it on my old LG G3 either. I have lots of mileage I want to transfer to a new phone. Is there a way to copy files from the original phone so my data isn't lost??

So, you switch phones and need to transfer data from the old phone to the new phone?
I think you can use Google account to sync data, that is helpful.
And you can also use a phone transfer software, now, many tools allows you to transfer files from an android phone to another android or iphone.

The import/export functionality has been broken for me ever since upgrading past Lollipop. This project hasn't been actively maintained in at least 5 years, so I wouldn't be too hopeful about a resolution. I've been meaning to refactor it to target a newer SDK version and use the appcompat library, but haven't had the chance do so yet.

Based on the Google Play downloads (500k+), there was/is at least some interest in this app. I haven't found an equivalent one, in terms of simplicity, lack of advertising and open-source.
