Update on this:

After talking with people from the US hub, it looks like our data is too large to be fetched in one piece from zoltar. A workaround would be to split the request in multiple smaller ones.

A better solution would be to wait until the feature to get a local dump of the zoltar db is in production. Then, we can get the data via covidHubUtils with load_forecasts(source = "local_zoltar").
