[Idea] Picture Support in Chat

1. Describe your idea

• currently, pictures (especially screenshots of ingame scores) have to be sent via Discord
• to provide an all-in-one solution, we need to allow participants to exchange pictures

2. Why / How does this idea improve Etournity?

• organizer happiness increases because they don’t have to switch between platforms for receiving proof of ingame scores
