Fixed spawn time is very predictable and info can be used as advantage.
Dynamic spawn time makes it harder to exactly predict spawn and therefore make it harder to predict enemy eliminate spawn mortaring for example where one counts exact seconds when to shoot. Not knowing exact enemy spawn time makes it more fun and challenging.
Example of variable spawn: when Spawn is set to 12sec there is chance for next spawn to be 11sec or 13sec. Real effect on game unknown and untested.
