Use RETH to locally fork and simulate a mainnet transaction

Adapt logic already built during ETHGlobal Lisbon: https://ethglobal.com/showcase/prank-wallet-cgnb3

Initial implementation should:

  • give an option to run simulation when reviewing a transaction
  • display a list of basic side effects, such as ETH and ERC20 transfers
  • display all addresses the transaction interacts with
