Once ethereumclassic/tweets-eth_classic#18 is settled, we should use this issue to draft rules for this account, presumably with less restrictions and more memes and/or project promotion.

For tweets submitted via #ETCtweets, on @ETC_Network, I think we should retweet the original to give author credit.

On @eth_classic, reword it to follow the styling guide.

Just keep in mind that, let's say you have a project going and you say something that could be approved fairly easy like hashrate update. Then people would look at the profile of the retweeter and create indirect promotion. For that reason I lean more towards the #101 approach. Also the Discord preview of a retweet isn't rendered properly. (see attachment)
