Chapter 9 - Smart Contract Security, is untranslatable on Transifex

Hi @aantonop and team, I'm halfway completing the translation of Mastering Ethereum in French (Canada).

This is a heads-up for Chapter 9, Smart Contract Security, as most of the paragraphs are manually wrapped causing too many text blocks in Transifex.com and not helping with good translation by Google Translate API in the backgrounds.

I haven't made any diff between the Transifex file version and the corresponding file in this repo; I'm assuming they can be different, so I'm attaching the CORRECTED English file (originally from transifex.com) in this issue so it can be reloaded in Transifex.com for future translators.
