Migrating existing contracts for deprecated chains to the DB and new repos #1375

This has two steps:

Migrate to our own DB, Sourcify DB
Copy them to Alliance DB

Here we need to decide how to handle the missing fields, specifically the onchain data, since the chains are deprecated and the data is missing.

@marcocastignoli Can you explain here how you think the data can be filled and let's discuss it here.
