    a. testeth breaks out of cpp-ethereum and a new plan for RPC-based test filling

  3. Fork release management/Constantinople.
    a. EIP 145: Bitwise shifting instructions in EVM
    b. EIP 210: Blockhash refactoring
    c. EIP 168 & 169: Killing dust accounts.
    d. EIP 859: Account abstraction for the main chain [Updated]
  4. Client/research updates.

Under (2) I would like to discuss EIP-867 on a high level and hear first opinions about it:

I'm not the author, but interested in the ERP process; this might supersede the work I started on EIP-156 if done properly. Maybe @phiferd et al. want to join the call?

I am highly appreciate the qualified and lovely products of Eth devs. Although arch is quite raw, ecosystem is being installed smoothly. I hope you understand this is no software challenge, no language appropriate to define. And maybe no need. It is miracle, in any case. I beleive i can launch good project. I want to contribute Idea in any possible way. Lack of programming skilles and theory now an issue. Priority in soft and knowleage Sorry guys. And thank you for your project.
