Callout for new op-geth database schema (pebble) #683

We've changed the database schema on op-geth on our production infra

this means the latest node snapshot is much smaller than expected.
we are using a pebble db snapshot and our production infra is now running pebble db on our op-geth instances
might need content updates to certain pages (beyond just callouts), so will need a thorough check of docs content pages
