Implement seasons

Seasons will work as a combo box that you can select the season that you want to start in.

Depending on the season, the game will select the appropriate season files for team definitions, and will provide the teams that played on that season, with the appropriate players and champions from that season.

A future feature is to make a Patch history and Team history, to emulate the real history of patch notes from that season on, and to emulate past winning teams.

So in summary:

The user is able to choose the season to start playing in. The user can select the split, and the region and a team from that region to play with. The team will contain players from that season specifically.

Opt-ins:

• The user can select whether they want real teams and real players from the season
• The user can select whether they want to follow real patch notes for upcoming seasons or if they want the game to generate random patch notes (probably out of scope for this feature now, until the Patch is implemented)
• The user can select to get real history from past seasons, or the game to generate past history (future)
